Tregundy Farmhouse stands on the west cliff of Perranporth enjoying magnificant views over the beach and sea and is only a two minute walk to the beach and to the town centre. The accommodation comprises:

Ground Floor:

• Spacious lounge with comfortable seating, log fire, colour TV, telephone and sea views.

• Traditional farmhouse kitchen with range, which provides central heating, and 'scrub top' table to seat 6.
  
  
• Further fitted kitchen with double oven cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and seating area.

First Floor:

• Four double bedrooms - all with vanity units and shaving points and two with sea views.

• One single bedroom
• Two bathrooms - one with bath and shower attachment and the other with shower, both with wash basin, shaving point and WC.
• Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

Second Floor:

• Two spacious bedrooms each with three single beds

General Information:

• Bedding is provided and all beds are made up with covered duvets for your arrival. Towels are not provided.
• High chairs and two fold up travel cots are available upon request.
• Electricity supplied from a £1 coin slot meter. Electric fires.
• The house is surrounded by a walled garden and patio with a gas barbeque and garden furniture available for use by guests.
• There is private off road parking for 5 cars.
• Pets welcome (by prior arrangement).

Local Amenities:

It is only a few minutes walk to the town centre where you will find small supermarkets, a Spar shop open until late, newsagents, a butchers, a bakery, post office and a branch of Lloyds Bank as well as many cafes, restaurants and take-aways.
